Sammen med Charlotte Kildal fra Universitetet i Oslo, har Anna Birgitte Milford testet hvordan konseptet med én kjøttfri dag i uka ble mottatt i Forsvaret. Flere kantiner innførte ulike endringer i menyene for å redusere mengden kjøtt og øke mengden plantebasert mat som ble spist.
