Hungry Planet

Hungry Planet: What the World Eats is a collection of photographs that provides a window into one of the most intimate things that we do: eat.

The photographs are a refreshing alternative to the flawlessness that is the golden standard of food photography today. They simultaneously depict the universality of food and the immense differences in the way that we go about it. So, take a moment from trying to comprehend how to eat, and consider the ways in which we are hungry: http://time.com/8515/hungry-planet-what-the-world-eats/.
