Dina Lupin Townsend
Dina Lupin Townsend is a PhD Fellow in Law at the University of Oslo (2013–2017).
She is particularly interested in legal philosophy and environmental law, and Townsend’s research is on the role that human dignity plays in the judicial reasoning of human rights courts, and dignity’s possible applications in environmental rights cases. Her latest publication is “Taking dignity seriously? A dignity approach to environmental disputes before human rights courts” (in Journal of Human Rights and the Environment, 2015).
