In his new book ‘Kniv, sjel og gaffel. Jakten på det sultne mennesket’, the author delves into what we eat, how we eat it and how food- and agricultural techniques change societies.

In this particular talk, the author asks which three food revolutions have changed history, and us. This will also be seen in the context of how we are to feed humanity in the future in a changing climate.
